What goesin the handover file

The file contains the agreed building documents, such as drawings, materials and maintenance information. Your project and contract determine what is needed. See the checklist.

    Drawings and calculations for the completed building, including its installations.

For contractors who want the admin handled

We prepare the agreed handover documents. Your contractor responsibilities remain. Construction quality certification for the municipality is a separate role.

A fixed price per file.

First handover €395 excluding VAT; then €300 excluding VAT per standalone file, without a subscription. Separate purchasing bundle: €450 per month for up to 50 orders plus €300 per file, excluding VAT.

Twenty handovers a year? €6,095.

First file €395. Nineteen further files at €300. Total €6,095 excluding VAT. Later years: €6,000 for twenty standalone files. You still provide the documents and review the result.

Need purchasing admin handled too?

Choose the separate bundle: €450 per month for up to 50 orders, plus €300 per file. All excluding VAT. Cancel the bundle monthly.

The file contains the agreed building documents, such as drawings, materials and maintenance information. Your project and contract determine what is needed. See the checklist.

What if the file is incomplete?

If it is incomplete because of our error, you pay nothing for that handover. Your responsibility as the contractor remains. The 10-working-day period starts when all agreed input is complete.
